Knowledge Transfer Offices (KTO) act as key actors between science, technology and business promoting and facilitating the transfer of technology between the public and private sectors.

The main objective of the ISCIII KTO is to maximize to the greatest extent the results obtained from the investigation carried out within its centres and to make the knowledge and technological capabilities developed by the ISCIII available to the National Health System (NHS) and to society in general.
