General Information
The Unit supports the strategic development of the CNE, promotes its national and international profile, and facilitates institutional collaboration.
It also provides cross-cutting support to CNE units in identifying, preparing and developing strategic initiatives, particularly those requiring coordination across different areas of the Centre or collaboration with external institutions.
Activities
Management of institutional agreements
Coordinate the processing, formalisation, monitoring, renewal and updating of agreements and other collaborative instruments with public administrations, research organisations, and institutions in the scientific and healthcare sectors.
Cross-unit collaboration and coordination
Act as a point of connection between CNE units to address shared needs, promote joint initiatives, and facilitate the exchange of information, expertise and resources.
Promotion and support of strategic projects
Identify funding and collaboration opportunities, particularly at European and international levels, and support CNE units in preparing and developing proposals of strategic interest to the Centre.
Internationalisation and institutional relations
Promote the CNE’s participation in national and international networks, consortia, programmes and partnerships, strengthening its institutional presence and contribution to relevant initiatives in epidemiology and public health.
